    Aren’t they a communist society and they lock down their people from using the internet. Or is that only when it involves stealing information from other countries it is allowed and encouraged.

    Um, so why is their public access to government financial sites on the web? You’d think they would be only accessible within the building at the site.

    Maybe the Chinese are looking to sell the information to other countries looking to invade Canada as a way to get into the U.S.
